3 Remedies to Treat Hair Fall During Monsoon

Hair fall is a common problem during monsoons. Your hair sustains moisture for too long and makes the roots weak. The best way to counter the situation is not to go for a regular trim. Instead, you need to find a way to make your hair strong and also promote hair growth.

There are tons of hair products that claim that they can keep your hair safe during monsoons. But most of them contain artificial chemicals and synthetic ingredients that do more harm than good to your hair. Instead, you can try the following remedies to prevent hair fall and promote hair growth.

1. Use a hair growth spray.

Scientists have come up with a formula that can stimulate hair follicles and improve hair thickness. This formula contains an ingredient called Kakadu Plum, which has a high percentage of vitamin C. It has antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial, and antiseptic properties that revitalize your hair.

Combined with Nigella Sativa Seed Extract, Panax Ginseng Berry Extract, Piper Nigrum Seed Extract, and Licorice root extract, this formula is put into a hair growth spray that provides enough nutrients to your hair and scalp to prevent hair fall during monsoon. You need to spray the liquid on your hair at night and wash your hair with shampoo in the morning.

2. Make a hair mask with honey, almond oil, and chamomile leaves.

Take one cup of almond oil, one cup of honey, and a cup of ground chamomile leaves. Mix them properly until they become a consistent paste with no lumps. Then, apply the mixture to your hair with your fingertips. Make sure you use the combination evenly.

You can divide your hair into four zones before applying this mixture. Take a dropper and apply the mixture in each zone, and then massage it using your fingertips. This ensures an even distribution of the ingredients. Leave the mixture for an hour before rinsing with a mild shampoo.

Continue using this mixture twice a week for at least one month. You will notice a significant difference in your hair within a few weeks. It will look thicker and silkier than before.

3. Lemon and mint paste hair treatment

Mint paste and lemon are two secret ingredients that can prevent hair fall during any season. Take a few mint leaves and crush them into a fine paste. Mix this paste with lemon juice and apply the mixture to your scalp. It’s a runny mixture; therefore, make sure you use a dropper to apply it.

Rinse off your hair with a mild citrus shampoo. It will prevent hair fall, increase hair growth, and make your hair bouncy and shiny.

Mixing lemon juice and orange juice with warm coconut oil can also work wonders for your hair. They make your hair soft, shiny, and bouncy within a few weeks. So you won’t notice the unnatural hair fall taking place as soon as the monsoon starts.

You can either spend hundreds on hair care products that eventually weaken your hair roots. Or, you can try these excellent remedies that hardly cost a few bucks and strengthen your hair naturally. The choice is yours.
