The users of Samsung Galaxy S10 who has a beta build of One UI 2.0 in their Android 10 smartphone started facing issues when they were locked out of their own devices. In this issue, the smartphone does not accept any kind of password or biometric input to unlock the smartphone.
After taking the issue into consideration, Samsung has now started to roll out a new update for the users in which they fixed the issue. The company has also started providing November Android Security Patch along with this fix for the users of its flagship smartphone Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10.
The information was just reported one day ago when some users of Galaxy S10 were testing their One UI 2.0 beta version for Android 10 and they got locked out of their device and no password or biometric data was recognized by the smartphone. The complaints from the users were received by Samsung and they started working on bringing the fix to the issues.
According to the reports provided by the SamMObile the company is planning to roll out a new beta update for the Galaxy S10 which is for the users that have build number G970FXXU3ZSL. The size of the update is just 135MB and it is released in Germany and India, and it will be available to the users in all the regions to get One UI 2.0 beta program.
It also means that this won’t fix the problem for the user who got locked out of their device as installing the update means you have to first unlock your device. For this, the users need to revert back to the Android Pie version by using the Samsung smart Switch Tool.
